Tamra Sease is an educator, district leader, unfiltered author and craver of Christ. She prides herself in evolving into a versatile and innovative essayist, freely writing on various topics from the depths of her heart and the transparency of her personal experiences. Tamra lives to empower women to own God’s truth and practically apply principles of scripture in order to embrace and fulfill their purpose.
Raised in Bowie, Maryland, Tamr attended Hampton University, earning her Bachelor’s Degree in English Literature and Art History. She then attended McDaniel College earning a Master’s Degree in Curriculum & Instruction with a concentration in Educational Technology & Learning. Currently, Tamra is the Online Programs Coordinator for Maryland's Prince George's County Public School District, specializing in educational technology, credit recovery, and intervention support for secondary students.
Tamra is a proud member of the First Baptist Church of Glenarden under the dynamic and innovative teaching of Pastor John K. Jenkins, Sr. She diligently serves in the Pastoral Support Ministry, Creative Team for the Women’s Conference and is the Assistant Director of the ID Young Adult Ministry. She is the proud daughter of Dr. Tillman and Madeline Sease and eldest sibling of Jacqueline Octavia and Brandon Tillman of Bowie, MD.
